Welcome to Ellipkom ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ellipkom website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Ellipkom provides educational content and services in science and technology for secondary and university students. Our mission is to make quality education accessible and engaging through interactive learning experiences.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELLIPKOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ELLIPKOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELLIPKOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELLIPKOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ELLIPKOM FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
